Events Booking Application

To apply for a stall at one of our village markets, please complete the booking form in full. Once your application has been submitted, our team will review it and contact you by email to confirm availability, including your allocated date(s), pitch size, and payment details.

Please note that stall bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Submission of a booking form does not guarantee a pitch until payment has been made and a confirmation email has been issued.

We do have 6 x 6ft tables available to hire on the day for £5 a day.

Please give a short description of what you do and your products, to help promote you if selected to attend the markets.

Please upload up to 4 images of your work. These images may be used to promote you if selected to attend the markets.

Please upload a copy of your Public Liability / Food Hygiene Certificate.

I give permission for photographs taken at the event, including images of my stall and products, to be used on the website and social media for promotional purposes.
