Step into our cosy Christmas grotto, where Santa will take time to chat with your little ones, hear their Christmas wishes, answer their questions and share stories from the North Pole. Whether it is their first time meeting Santa or a much-loved family tradition, we want every child to enjoy a truly special experience and leave with a lovely Christmas memory.

Our visits are designed to be relaxed, personal and full of festive magic. Each family will have their own 15-minute appointment, giving the children time to chat with Santa, share their wishes and enjoy a special moment together without feeling rushed.

Every child will receive a little Christmas present from Santa to take home.

Ticket Prices

    ●    Family Ticket – £22: Includes up to two adults and two children.

    ●    Additional Child – £6: For each extra child joining your family visit.

Booking Information

Pre-booking is essential, as appointment slots are limited. Please select the correct ticket for your family size when booking and add an additional child ticket if you are bringing more than two children.
